This page deals with how Register uses and protects any information you may provide when using its various platforms.
Please note that this Privacy Policy may be amended or supplemented by Register , in particular in order to comply with any changes in legislation, regulations, case law or technology. In such cases, the date of the update will be clearly stated at the top of this page. These modifications are binding on the User as soon as they are put online. I. PERSONAL DATA
In absolute terms, you may visit the Register Site without providing any personal information about yourself. You are under no obligation to transmit any information to Register .
However, in the event of refusal, you may not be able to access all the information or services you have requested. 2. Purposes of processing

3. Recipients
Register is the sole recipient of your Personal Information. Neither Register nor any of its subcontractors market the personal data of visitors and Users of its Site.
4. Retention period
Your Personal Information is kept by Register only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in 2 above, and will not exceed 2 years.

o Right of access and communication of data
However, given Register 's obligation to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, your request will only be processed if you can prove your identity, in particular by providing a copy (digital or paper) of a valid identity document.
Register informs you that it reserves the right, if necessary, to refuse requests that are manifestly abusive (either by their number, or by their repetitive and/or systematic nature).

o Right to rectify data
The law gives you the right to request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of any data concerning you that may be inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete or obsolete.
You also have the right to specify what happens to your personal data after your death. In such cases, the heirs of a deceased person may request that the death of their loved one be taken into account and/or that the necessary updates be made.

o Right to object
This right can only be exercised in one of the following two situations:
When the exercise of this right is based on legitimate grounds; orWhen the exercise of this right aims to prevent the data collected from being used for commercial prospecting purposes.

6. Response times
Register undertakes to reply to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other request for information within a reasonable time, and at most 1 month from the date of receipt of your request.
7. Authorized service providers and transfer to a non-EU country
Register informs you that it has recourse to its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and may have access to data collected via the various forms present on the Register Site. Register has previously ensured that its service providers offer strict guarantees in terms of confidentiality, use and protection of private data. In particular, we have ensured that there is a legal basis for transferring data to a third country. In this respect, our service providers obey not only Standard Contractual Clauses but also the Privacy Shield, when located in the United States.
8. Complaints to the competent authority
If you consider that Register is not complying with its obligations with regard to your Personal Information, you may submit a complaint or request to the competent authority.

II. COOKIES POLICY
During your first visit to the Register Site, you are informed by a banner at the bottom of the screen that information relating to your navigation may be recorded in files called "cookies". The present policy on the use of cookies informs you in particular about all the cookies present on the Register site, their purpose (part I.) and gives you the procedure for setting them (part II.).
1. General information about cookies on the Register Site

This family of cookies includes audience measurement cookies (notably Google Analytics), personalization cookies (notably Proof, Deadline Funnel), advertising cookies (which Register does not use) and social network sharing cookies (notably from Facebook, Instagram and YouTube).
Audience measurement cookies compile statistics on visits to and use of various elements of the website (such as the content/pages you have visited). This data is used to improve the ergonomics of the Register website.
